Received your order with a broken item?

If an item(s) is received damaged or defective, please visit the following link to submit your request for replacements:Customer Service

Or you can follow the steps below:

  1. Send us an email at this address: customerservice@hendecing.com
  2. Copy the following as the Subject Line: “Damaged in Shipping: Order# 123456” … Please use the Order # located on your packing slip
  3. Determine the number of items that are damaged and follow the appropriate steps outlined here:
    • 1 or 2 damaged items – Include the item number, item description and damaged quantity in the body of the email. If we need any additional information we will reach out to you directly via email.
    • 3 or more damaged items – Include the item number, item description and damaged quantity in the body of the email. Additionally we will require that you attach a group photo that shows all of the damaged items together. Only upon receipt of the photo will we review the information and contact you via email with any further actions or the proposed solution.

If I have a hendecing.com account, can I check my order status and history?

Yes, you can review all of your current and past orders under “Track Orders” in the “My Account” section of the website. The items you’ve purchased and shipping details can be retrieved easily. You can track the status of new orders, too…order information is posted as the status of your order changes.

Can I create an address book on hendecing.com?

Sure! You can store all of the addresses of your friends and family. When you would like to send someone a gift, their address is just a click away. To set up your address book, create an account or sign in to your existing account. Go to “My Account” at the top of the page. Then under “My Profile and Address Book”, click the “Add another address” button. It’s easy!

Changing or Canceling Your Order

When you place an order with us, it is processed immediately to help ensure your package is delivered within our estimated shipping timeframes. Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
